How do you use Ning?

What do you find the best use of being on Ning.com to be? I am new to this social network and am seeking networking opportunities as well as possibly attract business.

Any input on what you do to optimize you time on Ning would be greatly appreciated.

be a part of the forums and groups. Not sure what the out come of the site will have as it is new and people are jsut beginning to use it as a resource. It takes time. Get to knwo others on the site and I am sure we will all get some great referrals and advise!
