What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?
There is never a "perfect" time to start a business- do your due diligence and be smart in researching what you will need and how to survive even the worst business climate.
What has been your biggest mistake?
Resisting change. It is easier to keep things status quo, but in an economy like this, you must adapt!
What has been your smartest move?
To adapt to the business climate by working harder to find the best possible products at the most competitive prices. I strive to constantly offer variety- and quality materials in an environment where most people are downsizing and not adding new product to their assortment.
