Congrats on your article in the OC Register! Business is picking up, I can't tell you how many of my friends have lost their jobs. I received a tons of calls last week and I really had to take a step back and shake it off. There is still tons of business out there and I brought 2 more clients on board! I have to stay focus and positive.

For over 12 years I heard from my brokers on how frustrated they were with their current processor.
After I was laid off at New Century, I decided that 3 times in one year was enough and that I was going take control of my future.

My business is to provide a quick and accurate loan processing service that allows the broker to focus on originating loans and growing their business instead of having to worry about processing their own loans. By contracting my service it allows brokers to keep their overhead and liability down.

Credit cards, personal savings

Deciding on the best marketing technique.
What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?
I would advise them to keep in mind that sales is part of this business.

Thankfully, I have not had any big mistakes. I have had small mistakes, but those are always manageable and I learn from them.
