I have worked with several bakeries all owned by women. Who loved decorating and wanted to be independent.

Finding funding, finding a store front that i can afford, writing a winning business plan, forcasting sales grow.

My biggest mistake was not starting this business 5 years ago.

What has been your smartest move?

Researching my vendors. Getting help from coworkers using than as sound boards for ideas.
