- I studied fashion design, but wanted to do something to help the environment, so I started a ladies graphic tee company that designs graphics for eco-friendly t-shirts, and hope to expand to mens tops soon.

- I design eco-friendly graphic tees, that are very stylish, chic, and up-to-date with current trends, but are also environmentally conscious.

- What was (is) the biggest hurdle in getting your business off the ground?
- Right now, the hardest is getting exposure and orders among the competition.
- What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?
- Definitely do your research, and set your ground first as to what you want to do, and the level of interest in it that you see in that industry. Get out there, and check out tradeshows/conventions, and see where the trends are going, and who is buying what.
- What has been your biggest mistake?
- Sales reps! They are a big waste of money if you are new.

- Going green!

I do enjoy the jewelry sales; as you said, there is much competition in the field. My primary careers are in Real Estate and financial planning, but I do enjoy the involvement with jewelry. Fashion is fun...no one appreciates that more than you!
