My business is about animal communication and music - so I horse around and fiddle around. It is the two things I love doing the most!

Animal communication - I have conscious conversations with the animals, get answers for the humans, and help renew the relationship.

Music - I bring music into eldercare facilities, giving them a heartfelt dose of joy and harmony.

What was (is) the biggest hurdle in getting your business off the ground?

It's so exciting to be in this creative stage! Yet there's only 24 hours in a day and I need to do everything myself. Goal: By or before November 2008, I will have a virtual assistant.

What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?

Surround yourself with people who are knowledgeable in the areas you are not; join networking groups like eWomen.

What has been your biggest mistake?

Not doing this earlier.

Surrounding myself with a success team.
