- I wanted to start my own business doing bookkeeping and software training. I found out QuickBooks was the #1 software for small business owners. I took a couple of classes and fell in love with this software!

- Try to start it part-time while keeping your "day job" until it gets established

- I'm not sure it was a mistake but rather something I just would have not done in hindsight which is taking on a business partner for the 1st few years who had different ideas than I did about the direction to take the business in as it took off
- What has been your smartest move?
- Parting ways with the business partner so each of us could grow in our own separate directions without standing in the way of the other one
