The fear of leaving my secure job of 12 years.
What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?
Everyday: Show up...report for duty, sow seeds, never stop and wait for the harvest. It will happen. Networking with other women business owners has been a source of encouragement. I highly suggest joining a NAWBO chapter.
What has been your biggest mistake?
Not understanding the financial aspects of running a business and doing anyway!
What has been your smartest move?
Moving my home office to an office space and hiring a full time employee.
