we work with family owned businesses that want to keep the business in the family as a jointly manged asset. that ususally means we create Family councils that provide some governance structure to the family so they can talk about money and philanthrophy. We find that families that communicate well grow and prosper as a family and as a business. I hope that gives you a better sense.
Congratulations on being a Senior Manager! That is one of my goals (I AM a Senior Manager in 2007). What advice would you have for me? At this point in my life I have a lot of contacts (just new to the online networking concept). Leisa
What a great business you have! i'm sure i could learn a lot from you when I launch my online store. My goal is to open the first week of November but I still have a lot of work ahead of me. I noticed your comment about the Law of Attraction, I'm a big believer in that as well.
