- After attending UC Irvine in 1999, I saw an opportunity to take my parents' retail perfume business the the next level. I had retail & merchandising experience, industry connections, and I loved working with fragrances!

- I did not have any experience selling online. One of my biggest challenges was to understand how to set up a website and market to my customers.
- What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?
- Starting your own business requires a lot of patience, energy and faith.
Believe in yourself, your product and/or services. And always give your 110%!
- What has been your biggest mistake?
- As a business-owner, I often tried to wear too many hats. I've learned to let go of a lot of the responsibilities and entrust in others. Now they are my biggest heros!
- What has been your smartest move?
- Taking a chance! I don't like passing up opportunities
