Hopefully, like you do through your lectures, this site will serve to motivate and inspire! Thanks for sharing your story. Remember, you can upload more photos (like your book) and you can upload video of you, perhaps speaking at an event. Hope you find the site useful. I'm sure others will benefit from connecting with you! And please, pass the word about the site to other women business owners you know as well as those who hope to start a business. Thanks!

With 28 years of working for corporations such as IBM, Xerox, and Sun Microsystems, I decided to go back to school for my PhD. The title of my dissertation was "Fostering Executive Leadership in Women". While still working for one of the large corporations as the President of the women's orgainzation, I was able to take the results from my study and apply them, our organization grew from 300 to 2000 women worldwide. I felt I had made a huge impact for the women, on leadership and the companies culture and was awarded the Making a Difference Award by the company. With those results, I wanted to see how I could impact other companies as well.
