we work with family owned businesses that want to keep the business in the family as a jointly manged asset. that ususally means we create Family councils that provide some governance structure to the family so they can talk about money and philanthrophy. We find that families that communicate well grow and prosper as a family and as a business. I hope that gives you a better sense.
