- What was (is) the biggest hurdle in getting your business off the ground?
- Working a part-time job while launching my new business has been my biggest challenge.
- What would you advise other women interested in starting a similar business?
- Have a planned schedule that you adhere to, allowing yourself some flexibility. Do your research first!
- What has been your biggest mistake?
- I didn't know enough about websites before I launched into having one developed. I wish I would have spent more time researching this area. I also did not develop my "niche" market soon enough. I am still working on that.
- What has been your smartest move?
- Joining the Spokane Chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce and BNI. These associations have helped me in my networking efforts and I have found much support and encouragement from the other members.
